Mango and Blackberry Vodka Cooler
Ingredients:
For the Mango Simple Syrup:
- 3 small ripe mangos, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 8-10 leaves of fresh mint, plus more to use as garnish
For the Vodka Cooler:
- 4 shots (1 ½ ounces each) of Vodka
- 8-10 fresh blackberries
- 1 can of sparkling water/club soda
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Place the slices of mango in a large glass (or jar). Muddle them until they are thoroughly crushed. Alternatively, you can puree them in a food processor or blender
- Bring sugar and water to a boil in a medium-size sauce pan over medium-high heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. Off the heat, add in the muddled mango and mint leaves and let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes. Strain the syrup into a pitcher and discard the solids. Let it cool completely before using
- Fill four 10-ounce glasses with crushed ice. Divide the mango simple syrup in between glasses. Pour 1 shot of vodka in each glass. Top them off with club soda. Garnish them with fresh mint leaves and 2-3 blackberries for each glass

Gin Citrus Punch
Ingredients:
- 3 parts mixed citrus juice (lemons, limes, tangerines and grapefruits)
- 1 part gin
- 1 part sparkling water
- Fresh herb sprigs for an optional garnish
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher and stir to combine
- Serve with ice to keep it extra cool!

Cranberry Orange Margaritas
Sugared Cranberries
- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 – 2 ounces silver tequila
- 2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail)
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce orange liquor
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2-1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste (OPTIONAL)* or use sugared cranberries
- sparkling water, to top the drink with (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
- Salt the rim of your glass
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
- Shake until combined and then strain into your prepared glass
- Top with sparkling water if desired
- Add the sugared cranberries and a lime and or orange wedge

White Peach Margaritas
Ingredients
- 3 juicy white peaches, unpeeled
- 3 tbsp. good-quality tequila
- 1 tbsp. Triple sec
- juice of 1 lemon, plus more to taste
- 1 heaped tbsp. of honey
- mint sprigs & blossoms for garnish
Instructions
- Roughly chop 2 of the white peaches. Slice the remaining peach into wedges for garnish and set aside. Alternatively, freeze your peach wedges to chill your drink. Do this on a parchment lined plate to prevent sticking
- Add your chopped peaches to a blender. Top with tequila, Triple sec, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until perfectly smooth. Quick tip- depending on the texture of your peaches, you might need a splash of water to loosen up your puree. The consistency should be velvety smooth, not thick. Strain if necessary
- Taste your margarita mix to see what it needs. More honey? More lemon? More alcohol? Adjust accordingly to suit your taste
- Fill two glasses with ice. Pour your peachy margarita mix over the top and stir well
- Garnish with mint and peach wedges

Blueberry Bramble Mixed Drink
Ingredients
- 40ml (2 1/4oz) Gin
- 10ml (1/4oz) Simple Syrup
- 15ml (1/2oz) Lemon Juice
- 15ml (1/2oz) Creme De Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)
Instructions:
- Build the first three ingredients over crushed (or cracked) ice
- Stir these ingredients and drizzle the Creme de Mure over the top of the drink to achieve a pleasing bleed effect to the drink
- Garnish with two speared blackberries and a lemon slice

The Perfect Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 4-5 oz tonic
- 2 lime wedges
Instructions:
- In a frozen collins glass, add the gin
- Fill the glass with ice, the larger the cubes are the better
- Squeeze in one of the lime wedges
- Add the tonic
- Squeeze in the second lime wedge, briefly stir

Blackberry Lemon Gin & Tonic
Ingredients (makes 4 cocktails):
- 12 blackberries
- 20 mint leaves (Extra for garnish)
- 2 lemons (Extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup simply syrup
- 12 ounces Gin
- Tonic water
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine 3 blackberries, 5 mint leaves and juice from 1/2 of lemon and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup in each of your four cocktail glasses, preferably high ball glasses
- Muddle ingredients until combine and berries and fully crushed
- Fill each glass to the top with ice
- Add 3 ounces of gin and stir
- Top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon, blackberry and mint leaves

Blood Orange Blackberry Rum Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chilled blood orange juice
- 4 (12 ounce) chilled natural blackberry sodas
- 1 cup rum
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 blood orange thinly sliced
- pansies to garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher filled with ice combine all of the ingredients. Stir gently to combine
- Add several blackberries and an orange slice to each glass and pour the punch into the glasses
- Garnish with a pansy if desired and serve immediately

Maple Syrup Pomegranate
Ingredients:
- 1.75 L (7 cups) pomegranate juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
- 250 ml (1 cup) vodka (or gin)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate. Serve on ice.

Watermelon Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- Mint leaves
- Ice
- Ginger ale
- Club soda
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend watermelon, lime juice and 1 teaspoon sugar until smooth
- In the bottom of each glass, muddle 2 mint leaves with 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Add in watermelon puree, filling about 1/2 full
- Add ice, a splash of ginger ale and top with club soda
- Stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice if desired
