Disha Patani’s Outfits are Giving us Major Bridesmaids Goals!

Disha Patani’s Outfits are Giving us Major Bridesmaids Goals!

You’re BFF is all set to tie the knot.

You are her bridesmaid/unsung hero. She is going to rely on you for EVERYTHING! From handling her mood swings to midnight cravings and choreographing her sangeet to helping her handle her lehenga, you are going to be everywhere the bride is! What does this mean? This means you are also going to be in a whole lot of pictures too 😛

Yes, I can relate to the roller coaster of emotions you are feeling at this moment- Lots of happiness stemming from the fact that your the sister from another mister is finally getting hitched, but there is a tinge of sadness too as from now on you will be spending less time with her. Apart from the obvious jitters, you must be feeling a sense of anxiety when it comes to shopping for the outfits you are going to wear.

Y’all can put your anxiety to rest for a bit. This morning I was browsing through Disha Patani’s Instagram account, and I have come across a cartload of inspirational ideas for every function. Here’s me listing them all:

1.Cocktail Ceremony

An off-shoulder, deep neck shimmery silver gown, you can consider wearing for your bestie’s cocktail ceremony. It is edgy, contemporary and accentuates the silhouettes.

2. Sangeet Ceremony

Outfit by: Falguni and Shane Peacock

A Sangeet ceremony is defined by dance performances and loads of masti and mazaa! If you are scouting for something which makes you stand out then this ultra-mod ivory lehenga is a great pick. What’s best? It can be a great outfit for a day or night function.

If you want something more extravagant and charismatic, then you can go in for this red lehenga with heavy embroidery, paired with a semi-shimmery blouse. Lose the dupatta if you want to stick to a contemporary look.

3. Mehendi ceremony

Disha Patani looks stunning in this mint green ensemble. The flared pants and the ruffles on the sides makes this a noteworthy pick for the millennial bridesmaid.

4. Haldi ceremony

A haldi ceremony is usually an intimate and private affair, which takes place during the day. It is best to stick to something light and pastel-hued for the same. I love this baby pink kurta with tiny embellishments, paired with a patiala salwaar and a sheer dupatta.

5. Wedding ceremony

If it is your bestie’s wedding, your outfit should make a statement as well. I am completely smitten by this lehenga donned by Disha Patani. The beige lehenga with gold shiny undertones, paired with modernistic dramatic jewellery is something you must bookmark this season!

Now, that you have all the necessary information, all you have to do is go and pay your designer a visit 🙂
