Koncept Deziners, Delhi - Review & Rating

We booked Koncept to decorate for my engagement in Gurgaon. They talk big things, but the end product is shit. Don't be fooled by the pictures they show around. Not even sure if they've even done any of those themselves. Zero professionalism. They were supposed to finish everything by 6:30PM, but they were still walking around with lights at 8PM. Running after them, we managed to setup half of what we had been promised. To the extent that the entrance was decorated after the groom's family had already entered the hall.
Please save yourself and you family the embarrassment and never go for them.
